DEV NOTES

- This was my first game in Godot, as well as my first gamedev project since graduation, after an 18 month hiatus. It was a pretty big experiment for me; I wrote a longer retrospective on its design process and outcome, which can be read here.

- If you're stuck, might I recommend trying to draw a map? The game is highly nonlinear, and the map is on a loop, which often makes it difficult to navigate by pure intuition. But it's only 5x5 rooms in size, and navigating between zones shouldn't be too hard once you've gotten the hang of where things are relative to each other. I've also included a brief hint if you lose with 4 to 5 switches collected - check the death text before reloading!

- The current speedrun record is 2:35, obtained by me; there is at least one fairly major (if hard to pull off) skip which would cut this time down by an extra ~20 seconds. There are likely more time saves too, if you're clever with the route!
