- The mention of 'hara-kiri rock' in the Insanity Ending is a reference to Metal Gear Solid 2, of course.
- There are either 10 or 13 endings to this game, depending on whether you count the look-within-yourself scenes as separate endings or not. There are three possible gods you might encounter when you look within yourself, depending on your answer to the Prophet's initial question (which he ignores). Various small things also change depending on whether or not you try to run away at the start.
